Driftflo Return & Refund Policy

At Driftflo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
• Be returned in the original packaging where possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to offer an exchange, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as DriftFlo is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
